Centennial Trail 5k (Saturday, September 14)

Enjoy the newest urban trails connecting Cleveland’s downtown area neighborhoods. The Cleveland Metroparks and Cleveland Foundation 5K fun run & walk begins at Merwin’s Wharf along the Cuyahoga River and explores parts of the Towpath Trail and the newest section of the Cleveland Foundation Centennial Lake Link Trail. 100% of registration proceeds benefit the Emerald Necklace Endowment Fund of the Cleveland Foundation.

Canal Day (Sunday, September 15)

Join rangers and volunteers to celebrate all things canal. Make a craft, push a lock gate, and enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of life on the canal in 1853.

Towpath Night Ride (Saturday, September 21)

See what goes bump in the night! Hit the Towpath with us to see the trail in a whole new light (or lack thereof). Ride goes to either Canal Fulton or Navarre as determined that night by the group. Ride is 16 miles and open to riders of all ability levels, with Ernie's Staff at the front and rear of the ride. Meet at the shop to roll out, helmet, headlight, and taillight required!
